Agreement to Terms

Services
We provide Microsoft Power Platform automation consulting and Shopify catalogue creation services. All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement or statement of work that will detail the specific scope, timeline, and fees.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work, with the remainder due upon completion or according to a milestone schedule.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the custom solutions we develop for you. We retain the right to use general knowledge and methodologies gained during the project. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in the service agreement.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
